Research Assistant for Human Resource Management at a Leading Business School in Shanghai (full-time)
Background: We are currently recruiting a Research Assistantin the area of Human Resource Management. The position is at China EuropeInternational Business School (CEIBS), one of the leading business schools inAsia (www.ceibs.edu).The candidate will work with the professors to support a research project onstate-of-the-art personnel selection and promotion. For this, we will work inclose contact with several companies and their top management teams.
Job tasks include but are not limited to the following:
1. Understanding/ reviewing the relevant trends in HR selection / promotion through literaturesearch and interviews 2. Project management with thecompanies involved withthis research project 3. Managelarge scale data files (data input, cleaning etc.) 4. Learning about Big Data, Machine Learning andArtificial Intelligence in HR 5. Writing practitioner reports based on theresearch findings
Job requirements: 1. Master degree 2. Proven experience / interest in Human Resource Management 3. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 4. Interest / experience in working with data 5. Positive work attitude. Detail-orientation 6. Proficient in English and Chinese – reading, speaking, and writing 7. Able to commit for at least 1 year 8. Ideal starting date: Beginning of May 2018.
