如果小PE能获得deal experience和一些modeling skills，还是值得转的，M7 schools 很注重你的职业规划（MIT除外），只要你能显示出转行的可行性，adcon就会喜欢

Great question! PE is very tough to get into, so congratulations ;) I would recommend working in PE a little before school and taking the offer. The size of the company doesn't really matter as much as having no PE experience. So, it is better for you to gain some PE exposure before applying, and don't worry if that's at a brand name company or a smaller one. At a small company too, you have the chance for having more responsibility!
