美本未毕业同收到conditional offer, Final official transcript with bachelors degree conferred from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education...但是又是可以开学后补，可以入学的话不是等同于admission吗..无法理解..

我也是托福106！不过口语只有20。。所以con了语言课嘛。。

WHO NEEDS TO ATTEND SUMMER INTENSIVE?
International students with little or no experience in the United States and the American classroom are required to attend the Summer Intensive program. International students who earn a degree from a U.S. institution located in the United States are not required to attend the program but are strongly encouraged to consider attending. Students who are from a country where English is both the primary language of daily communication and education, e.g.. Australia, British Isles, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, may request a waiver. See below for waiver criteria.
