我也有差不多的疑问，第二个that引导的是一个定语从句，就近原则来说应该修饰现象，“一个和身体反应不可分割的社会现象”，但我觉得从逻辑上来说应该是”情感和身体反应是分不开的“，定语从句也可以跳跃修饰，所以整个句子也算说的过去，在几个选项中算是最优选项。
