Hey there!
Well I would have a few questions:
First of all for many schools you might have to justify the need of a second Management Masters. These degrees are quite similar, the only real difference being is that one is pre-experience and one is post-. And so the schools might feel that you should have been able to reach your goals through your first degree. So you will need to have a convincing story, which means first and foremost establishing NEED. Secondly, if you are already doing management consulting, why do you really want to an MBA also?
Thirdly, I feel at this point it might be too soon. You already have a Masters and have only two years experience since then. The average work experience for MBA admits is five years, and seven or so in Europe. That, doubled with the fact of your MiM surely makes it too soon.
I think first and foremost you should work 1-3 more years, while building your profile. Then you can consider if you want to do a degree and if so which degree might help you most.
If you have any other questions, feel free to drop us a line,
Best,
