Hey there,
Well, your first step is to get a lot more work. On average MBA applicants have five years of work experience. So you still have a bit to go. Since what you do and where you work matters, obviously, you want to advance as much as possible. Then, also think about taking your GMAT in the next year or two. Since it is good for five years, better to take it early and get that test score out of the way.

That’s what I would do to start!
