So let me answer you questions in order.
1. The TOEFL is usually not waived if your school is located in a non-English speaking country. But the best bet is to check with the school itself, as this is a matter of internal policy.
2. Possibly. It depends on your work, what you have done, how big your family business is, and how it is growing. IT also depends on your undergrad school and grades as well as other aspects of your application. For a Chinese applicant, your GMAT is a touch on the low side.
3. If you haven’t yet started writing your applications it is probably too late. It can be demanding to come up with a perfect application, and you would not want to send something half-finished into the Adcom if you can avoid it.
