A is B，  A 要和B性质对等

这里A: Diabetes是糖尿病  B:the nation's third leading cause of death  性质不对等，因为逻辑上diabetes不是一个致死的原因，抽出核心名词，就是：diabetes不是一种原因，它是一种病，所以这里逻辑也不对

但是说糖尿病在致死原因中排第三是符合逻辑的，这里不需要性质对等
