OB/HR full-time RA recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

Full-time Research Assistant position in the department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). The main responsibility is to work with Professor Sebastian Schuh of CEIBS on his research and teaching programs. Job tasks include but are not limited to the following:

1. Assist in research, including literature review, data management (e.g., collecting and analyzing), coordination of research projects, etc.
2. Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, MBA, FMBA, EMBA class coordination and other logistic coordination.


Job Requirements:

1. Recent Ph.D. or doctoral student with research experience in business, management, psychology, or statistics. Or master graduate planning to pursue a PhD in organizational behavior or psychology.
2. Familiar with quantitative research methods, including designing surveys and experiments, data collection, and data analysis such as structural equation modeling, multiple regression analysis, and multilevel analysis. With experiences in using quantitative analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, SAS, Mplus, and/or R.
3. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability.
4. Able to commit for at least 1 year.
