奇怪的是之前做OG时候，记得
so... that....结构，that后面是表示结果。；so that +表示目的。
可是这道题，感觉原文意思想要表达的是因果关系啊。那E怎么对

so that可以引导目的状语从句，意思是“为了、以便于”，也可以引导结果状语从句，意思是“因此、以至于”。D选项allow当“允许”讲的时候，后边要用不定式作宾补，不能用that。

说这里是表目的也没错呀。
D除了固定搭配不对以外,allow和can也是重复了。

D的主要问题在于it，在that从句中，it想要指代的是turtle，但是实际指代的是句子的主语design，因为turtle只是介词短语中的一个名词，介词短语中的名词是不能做主语的。所以选择E
