OG 上一道很简单的SC题，想请教一个小细节哈～

就是A中letting现在分词在做伴随状语吗？ C中前半句 benefits and letting 这里是对的对不对？可以理解为和 are offering的平行？  求教各位语法大神，麻烦指点一下～～～

A选项letting是作伴随状语修饰前面的句子，表示的是一种因果上的联系，C选项用and连接两个句子就减弱了这两个句子间的联系，说明公司给员工发福利和员工自己选福利间没啥关系。                                                            
比如说I fell down, hurting my leg. 说的是我摔倒了，腿受伤了，这里腿受伤是因为摔倒。I fell down and hurt my leg. 说的是我摔倒了，我的腿受伤了，但是腿受伤并不是因为摔倒，二者是两件没有因果联系的事情。

不好意思，关于伴随状语，有个疑问。我记得ron曾经说过，comma+v-ing作伴随状语时，要么与主句谓语动作同时发生，但重要性次一级，要么是主句动作带来不可避免的结果。但这题，感觉两个都不符合。offering和letting不可能同时发生，一定存在时间间隔，先提供福利再让员工选。如果伴随结果的话，公司提供福利不一定必然导致让员工从中选择吧，感觉更像是两个政策。
或者谁看到，知道回答我下，谢谢～
