求问一道模考的CR题目

答案给的是B，我选的是A，后面细看，A好像说的和病人可以扩大用药可能性没什么关系；而B好歹影响了价格，所以有一定关联；但是我始终没有搞懂B 的 effective cost per dose是什么意思，等于说这个选项最后是靠相关性来选而不是内容意义来选择，希望有大神能够帮我解答一下

这个意思就是说 商家通过涨价去cover他提供 free supply的成本。
就好像，超市里说买一送一，然后暗戳戳地把价格提高了两倍，就使得per cost是不变的。

啊，你这么说我有点理解了。这个模考题搞不好是根据这一道真题改编的也不一定。
