当时纠结了D和E，觉得D后面不平行，如果改为that prices of gasoline and heating oil could stay higher than they usually do throughout就无异议了。
但是E的will也让人怀疑，因为前面是said that，不应该根据一致性用would之类的吗
另外不知道through和throughout有什么注意点

我觉得D还有一个错是主句已经有了may be，再用could是redundancy

will和would这个我查了一下，如果这件事还没有发生，是可以用will的
