普通背景求定位

大家好，本人背景如下：
G710（考了1次，不打算再考），T waived，本科学的管理（非985，非211一本学校，GPA3.1），美排名前100的经济学硕士（GPA3.7）。
目前工作经验6年，大学刚毕业进了一家咨询公司（虽然算行业中Top3，但是公司规模不大，在里面有体现leadership），硕士毕业后在美工作一段时间后回国创业，目前创业3年，公司规模不大，十几个人，biotech领域。
准备申请美国的MBA，想做个职业转换，回到咨询行业，目标是Tier2的Management Consulting；另外老婆在美国工作，不想再两地分居了。
申请目标以20-30（Foster，Mccombs）为主，但愿可以冲一下Top20（Anderson，Haas）。
希望大家可以给一些建议！谢谢

建议楼主再刷下GMAT分数，尤其想冲下前20的学校。因为本科GPA本身就不高，再没有个亮眼的GMAT分，TOP 20 会很难，至少要达到录取平均分才行。

工作背景还不错，有海外学习工作经历，有leadership的项目，还有entrepreneurship的经历，又有着比较清晰的career goal，好好准备下，essay写出来应该会比较unique。

个人觉得以目前的情况，20-30应该是没问题，Top 20没准儿也能行呢

So I would love to get more detail about your profile, including more information about your company, what you do, what successes you have, as well as all the extras.

However from the way things look here, I would say that Top 20 should be within range if you are able to make a good application.
