推荐信应该怎么写

我的推荐人是顶头上司和一位同事。对于推荐信中关于申请人与同级别同事相比有哪些突出表现，还有个人成长等类似题目，应该让推荐人多写工作能力、还是人际交往，或者是社会活动方面？请大家给点意见，谢谢！

请顶头上司来写，必然是要突出自己的工作能力和项目表现，体现contribution（尽量用数据说话）,  and leadership, if any.

请同级别的同事来写，就可以着重写人际交往（interpersonal skills），侧面突出你的性格，做事风格，沟通能力之类

两篇尽量别有overlap的地方

Hey there!

Good question. Well I think the answer is:
1. Your leadership
2. Your best achievements.

In that your LORs are no different from the rest of your application. You want the BEST stuff you have for an MBA to come out. The difference is that what is really important in the LORs is the tone. You want it to sound like the recommender LOVES you (which we hope they do )
