推荐信中的weakness

看不少学校的推荐信问题都要求提及申请人的一些weakness，大家一般怎么approach这个问题呢？ 感觉不能太严重，又不能是那种其实是个优点的缺点。。。

Hey there,
Well the can always write about things that you will need to learn at an MBA… Like you need more leadership experience, you need more business experience, you need to expand your network and improve your English and gain experience abroad. Other than that, any kind of weakness that is not a personal issue (like being lazy) will work.
