答案选B 没有问题，但是想问一下 这里的话 That 指代level，by the year 2010是状语修饰整句，比较双方是不是变成 a level 和 a level in 1990?
如果是这样的话，根据Ron的说法，这样的比较是不合理的。
所以很困惑，想请教一下。

B选项的错误是that指 the global economy，between 1990 and 2000作状语修饰整句，这样比较双方是 the global economy 和 the global economy during 10000 years。这样是无法比较的，所以错了。
真的百思不得其解。
顺便请教一下，应该怎么看比较对象是啥啊……怀疑第一题我理解错比较对象了。
