and前面什么时候需要加逗号

（prep07 02 65）题目在图片里，B选项里说and that前面不该加逗号，为什么呢？这个and前后不都是主谓宾的结构吗？求大神赐教

之前版上Helr老师有讲过，在and身前加的逗号是完全没有问题的。

英语中逗号可以表示一种语气的停顿，而并非要表达什么特殊的含义（除了限定性定语和非限定性定语外，非限定性定语身前的逗号是有意义的）

所以不用太纠结逗号的问题~
