美国名校MBA现在在就业市场的认可度？

这个两边都发一下。

朋友刚从Duke回国（一样都是大陆211本的背景），他反馈的感觉是说觉得近几年Fintech、量化投资等对整个金融市场的就业冲击挺明显的。加上工作签证问题，即使是美国名校MBA在美国找工作也很不容易，而回国的话除了少部分企业会认可MBA的add value，大部分国内基金（投研岗位）券商（ib、自营、资管等）银行（总行金融市场部等）这些主流的金融企业都更看重相关工作经验，至于是MBA还是普通国内硕士，并没有什么区别。

那么美国名校MBA（s16这样的）在美国和中国国内的就业市场上是否还是有明显的优势和认可度呢？

虽然我知道这个问题主要看每个人的职业规划，但如果as a whole，MBA的认可度在下降，可能对于国内工作前景各方面都不错的人更适合读中欧、高金这些的？

这个看具体的行业和个人背景吧，很难一言蔽之。但从数字上来看，S16的国内毕业薪水比中欧还是高不少的

Hey there good sir!
So I hear your concerns, and it may that things didn’t work out as great for your friend as he had hoped, but from what we are seeing the placements (and salaries) that are coming out of S16 programs are still pretty fantastic. And the numbers coming out of the schools themselves are bearing this out.

Of course it depends also on your friend’s profile. It’s very hard to move BOTH country and industry at the same time. And in fact if you want to change industries atfer an MBA, the easier way to stay in the US to work for a while afterwards, because then you can work on being recruited while you are there. If you think just “Getting an MBA” with “magically make you awesome” it’s not as simple as that. You still have to make use of the career services, and recruiting etc.

哥，点右下角可以直接回复。
回答你的问题，通常来说，大约一半的人会留在实习公司。另一半会在全职招聘中找到差不多档次的公司。
所以，以实习情况为参照，你大约可以有一个全职公司的概念。
另外，你挖挖老帖子，有不少统计全职offer的
