Hey there!
Great to hear from you dude! And thanks a lot for the very detailed background and questions, which helps me help you.
So let me get into your questions one by one:
1. It’s probably too short in your industry. The vast majority of people who come to B-school with that little experience are from Finance or Consulting. In other industries often the expectation of the Bschool is “let’s wait and see till he’s proven himself”. You CAN of course apply if you decide you want to not retake the GMAT, but it will be at a penalty.
2. I’m afraid not. Regardless of what you have done, internships are not considered work experience.
3. No need to take the TOEFL.
4. To understand where you can be accepted, I would need a bit more detail about your profile. Given that you aren’t from a school which sends people to M7, I think you should take that into account and spread out your list to S16.
5. Possibly. Maybe even probably. It depends a bit on your experience.
6. Masters are valuable for sure. But keep in mind that since you have a Masters that is in some ways similar to an MBA it will be doubly important for you to emphasize your NEED for an MBA in order to attain your specific goals.
I hope this helps!
Best,
