Masterclass - Case Study Challenge: How Zara Conquered the World of Fast Fashion and Retail
IE is one of the leading European higher education institutions, whose belief in innovation, diversity (with over 90% international students) and entrepreneurship is an integral part of its drive towards academic excellence. Our learning model puts students at the center, is eminently practical and ensures that they acquire not only the technical know-how but also the mindset and interpersonal skills that are essential for a successful future leader. With its centrally located Madrid campus, international student community, and dynamic learning environment, IE is the perfect place to develop your career.
We would love for you to join us in for our Case Study Challenge with Lucia Malmierca.
In this award-winning case researched and created by IE Professor Marta Garcia, you will examine the key success factors of Inditex, the parent company that owns Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti etc. Despite its no-advertising policy, Zara is one of the most valuable and well-known brands in the world. Main topics will include communication strategies, customer analytics, and technology.
The challenge will put your creative and analytical skills to work. Take advantage of a great opportunity to explore new territories for Zara to conquer next.
