同意楼上，that可以省略。B项最大的问题是but连接对象不平行，简化下，主干变为they denounce but supporting。

这题主要是考查 while+doing现在分词表达时间状语的方式，句子结构：A recent poll indicates that …, they denounce…, saying…, while supporting… 插入语现在分词结构saying…作denounce的伴随状语，while + 现在分词结构表示“与…同时”的意思（与they denounce并列）

个人觉得at the same time 的位置在A和B项中并没有什么不妥。
