关于And的平行，麻烦大家了

我看的Ron讲的是这种open marker， 像是And, But, and rather than, 不是要从右往左看嘛。
今天在做曼哈顿语法的笔记，发现了一个跟他讲得有点冲突的题。如下：
W：I want to retire to a place where I can relax AND I can pay low taxes.
R: I want to retire to a place where I can relax AND where I can pay low taxes.

这里AND 是平行结构的标志，如果用Ron的方法，那么第一个句子应该也是可以。但这里第一个句子是错的。 我自己也是觉得第一个句子有歧义，但是Ron视频里是讲的从右往左看。 不知道这个是不是那个方法的特例，在碰到and连接从句时连接词都应保留。我只要记住这一点就行了。
