请问A 选项的结构是怎样的的？ 特别是each had a written charter 是独立主格结构吗？谢谢！

这each had a written charter 不是独立主格而是句子的主干。

The 13 original British colonies in NA, each had a written charter that... 这个是句子的主干。 some formed as..., others as 这两个是modifiers 用来修饰 the 13 original British colonies.

哈哈抱歉，网上复制黏贴下来的不知道为啥格式变这样了，已改。  
弱弱的问一句The thirteen original British colonies in North America, each had .....中的“each"可以看做前面部分的同位语吗

同位语意思就是要和前面所讲东西的意思是要一模一样的，这里的each 只是指代 each of 13 colonies 不是同位语。

比如：OG16 - 120 中加粗的部分是同位语
