AB中是谁在expect不明确，从
C中有好几个逻辑错误，第一priacy和availability中间有一个with，读起来好像在说，“同时期待着piracy和availability”；第二more不能形容priacy，more和increase的意思也重复了
D中原文读起来就好像在说期待的是“increase”，注意遇到A of B时候其实际作用的就是A。所以仅仅期待increase就不符合逻辑。同理这里是“increase” would become more available,也不符合逻辑

E修复了上面的所有问题。两个that从句平行，expect to正确

Here, the as-clause in green correctly serves to modify an action (to increase).
