Meaning. In my opinion, the meaning of the sentence is "一些独立的Q宣称，通过I体验，同后者有直接的接触", direct or directly,here, modifies 'contact', not the 'through'.

the sentence has ambiguity if "directly" is placed as up-mentioned, "directly" can be treated to modify the verb "have" or preposition phase "with...". So i select choice D.

contact就是communication with each other or touch each other， 为什么还加direct? 难道还有indirect contact? directly through an ichana experience 等于exactly through an ichana experience

很有启发,
提一个问题: 如果出现 to contact directly with 是不是也不对,因为directly即可能修饰contact 也可能修饰 with. 而to directly contact with 则修改了这一毛病?
