GMATSC中that is是否应该作为排除点

小弟不才，最近读OG12-13题目分析时发现，经常会说that is是冗长点，因此，就排除，比如
这个题目的疑问在于that is
总结that is题目：
（1）that is正确：
①Jazz pianist and composer Thelonious Monk produced a body of work that was rooted
②a phenomenon that is explained not just because of more expensive drugs but by the fact that doctors are writing（that is同位语）

（2）that is冗长，错误
①a phenomenon occurring not just because of drugs that are becoming more expensive but because of doctors having also written
②of different mental functions that are localized in different parts of the brain is widely accepted today （OG115）
③it is none that is more concentrated（OG4）
④the chemical that is irritating it（OG24）
⑤Laos has a land area that is about the same （OG43）



目前看来，that is如果修饰的成分做adj，一定是冗长，另外，如果其他选项同样部分，没有采用that is，说明这里就会出现冗长，当然如果that is在为划线部分或者本身不是形容词性，而是类似于一个同位语，其他成分，不用在意冗长


但是今天做prep模考发现这么一个题

The investigations of many psychologists and anthropologists support the generalization of there being little that is a significant difference in the underlying mental processes manifested by people from different cultures.

• Aof there being little that is a significant difference
• Bof there being little that is significantly different
• Cof little that is significantly different
• Dthat there is little that is significantly different

• 排除法基本上马上确定是在DE，这个时候我直接用that is把D排除，就错了，小弟想问问that is是否应该作为一个排除点？这个题到底该如何解释？
