CFA Level I 刚考完，等结果。工作一年，负责IT的applications. 前辈你觉得我如果好好写Motivation letter，有希望申请金融专业吗？Thanks in advance for your patience! BTW, I am planning to apply for SSE, Bocconi, HUKST, LSE

the first question is....:

Bachelor degree
Should contain at least 90 ECTS in Social Sciences (including but not limited to Finance, Business Administration and/or Economics) , with a minimum of 30 ECTS in Finance, Accounting and Financial Management, and/or Economics, at least half of which specifically in Finance.

do you have that? or do you think they can exempt it based on your CFA somehow?
I am not sure..........let's see anyway.


and seriously, no one gonna know how likely you will be admitted....just apply to more school (that you are willing to go).

wow, how come you could be so familiar with the prerequisite of SSE MsF? That's incredible!
I sent my concerns about ECT to the admission officer. Someone called Natalia replied with one line "You are welcome with your application", lolllll! I even attached my CV , CFA, etc.

this means that they don't bother to answer you, and will access that after you hand in the application officially.

I guess you should think more about (where and what) job seeking / planning first..........god knows this school take you or not.

True, motivation letter is about motivation after all. If I cannot even figure out what I'm gonna do after the programme, my application won't be convincing. Appreciate your last phrase, only God knows

The reason why most european master require a related bachelor is actually not becoz of ur motivation,  but because of the academic background.

They emphasis quite much on contiunity between the bachelor and master indeed.  Similar hold for Canada,  but not US or UK.

From your list of school,  i guess you need to have a more focued plan on desired location of working after graduation.
