to get in and out和 （to） have ride构成小并列，
这样的为啥不可以？因为当时做这道题的时候，觉得Passenger have a ride比most( vehicles) have a ride更加make sense

谢谢~我知道这样可以，但是我想问一下C的大平行套小平行为什么不行
即
cost, get , and allow  to get in and out ,   and (to) have ride

因为我觉得Passenger have a ride比most( vehicles) have a ride更加make sense

if you want to construe the sentence in this way,

you will need  "and" between "cost" and "get"

cost get allow 三者平行啊，三个平行and放在最后一个的吧。。。。
