我做这题的时候  有一个原则 theory evidence  expectation 这些抽象名词解释 都是用that 不能用介词 所以直接排除 CDE 了 至于排除A  因为后面是在未来发生的   所以加Would

这里不用that of是因为that在句子里相当于是一个名词，代指的the percent of sales rose，带回原句之后就和后面的1.4 percent重复了。

expectation的用法里有一个是：
answer the expectations of  不辜负…的期望，所以是接that还是of主要还是看在句子里具体怎么用

我觉得你要是实在不确定是expectation of还是that可以用排除法
1）comma+that这种修饰是不存在的（that不引导非限制性定语从句） 排除CE
2）不能用that of排除ADE
最后选B~ 加上expectation的内容发生在未来，所以would的用法很对！！确认选项
