这道题我想问一下D选项为什么不用加if？？原文表达的意思是如果食物储存时间过长导致腐烂，那么这种鸟就不会再去挖这种食物了，有一种条件的感觉，而D选项说这种鸟不回去挖储存时间过长导致腐烂的食物，这不算改变原文语义吗？？我看有些帖子说if从句修饰a scrub jay，所以不对，if stored。。。。可以修饰到鸟吗？？

这个句子里有个平行结构，LZ可以只看后半句，即：
A scrub jay tends not to bother recovering a perishable treat if stored long enough to have rotted.

if从句是条件状语从句的省略，省去了主谓，还原后主语是整个句子的主语jay，而不是treat，因此逻辑不对。

而如果想逻辑正确，主语是treat的话，可以用个定语从句，也就是不加if的情况，补全句子就是A scrub jay tends not to bother recovering a perishable treat which is stored long enough to have rotted，而which is可以省略，因为从句中是系表结构（系词be等 + 表语）,这种情况下的which is都能省略，。

if从句是条件状语从句的省略，省去了主谓，还原后主语是整个句子的主语jay，而不是treat，因此逻辑不对。为什么还原后主语是scrub jay而不是treat啊？是优先指代主句主语吗？？
