答案是B, 但我觉得C 也不对,不是说当名词有其形式时,最好用原行吗,那就是function呀

   and gullies.

答案是Ｂ，但这提是否有错误，搞不清哪个是谓语

   voltage, is　（ characteristic ）of a person（ when ）is awake
   but （relaxed）
答案是Ｄ　，但我觉得Ｂ也不对，characteristic是可数名词，应家修饰或复数呀

82. funtioning 本身是名词,机能的意思, 在这里不是分词形式.

Precipitation collects in.......
Not "regions collect".

      function=功能
Don't get stuck with the rule, "当名词有其形式时,最好用原行吗"
Meaning is more important.

87) is（ characteristic ）of ,
" characteristic " is an adj here, not noun.
