Apply for the MFE if you have a solid background. If not sure, just apply for both of them. I think it is allowed.

看楼主背景像是已经有opt了，楼主现在是H1B? 我现在也用完了一个OPT,所以不知道还能不能用stem extension

我没有sponsor。用完一个opt之后就不能申请下一个opt了 所以stem不能用 今后抽签可以边上学边抽 用cpt

如果是transfer i20的话，baruch还让你交存款证明吗？

Yes, they did ask for that. Transferring I20 requires all the basic I20 materials plus a transfer-out form.
