OA是C， 但是我觉得C里面的that根据限定性定语从句antecedent最近原则应该modify的是private converstion而不是tool啊 这样的话C也有问题，所有答案全错

多谢，在MANHATTANPREP论坛里找到和我问一样问题的，ron的回复是

在A OF B which的情况下,如果B是grammatical ineligible的话which可以修饰A

that用法就要flexible多了，所以这样也是可以的
