關於成績單認證

想要請問一下如果學校網站沒有寫需要機構認證的話
我還需要主動做成績單認證嗎？

有些學校著名只要掃描成績單就好
ucsd沒有特別標明
我寫信去問他是否需要認證，像是wes之類的
以下是他回的信：

Thank you for contacting the Rady School of Management. All international transcripts require an official translation into English by a certified translator. International applicants must submit a certified copy of their diploma indicating the degree received. Usually we recommend that your university translate the transcripts or a certified third party translator. WES is not a certified translator.

因為我是自己diy申請沒有代辦可問
所以想問一個可能有點白癡的問題...

最常見到的不就是wes嗎？
請問還有什麼機構是 certified translator

成绩单如果是学校翻译的，就是certified translator，比如我们学校是档案馆，只要翻译好了盖上学校的章就好。

wes只是成绩认证，不是translator哦。
