请教og16 62 111中的than 比较问题！翻了曼哈顿还是迷惑

第一句 我理解的也是宾语的比较。第二句，og上说是that没有指代。然后看曼哈顿上的解释是说比较的主语，所以后面必须跟livestock什么什么。
可是！！that可以指代fat，然后跟第一句几乎一样的结构，宾语比较吗？

所以还是不懂第二句错在哪里哦。。

我觉得第一句加that应该是由于comparable to有这种用法，
Delhi already has air pollution levels comparable to Beijing
The modified CIC filter has a frequency response comparable to that of sharpening CIC filters while design flexibility is increased.
上面是我在百度里弄来的句子，都是这么比的，有的加that,有的不加
其他应该都是比主语
想了好久，不过也是我的猜测

1中，对比的是Laos的land area与GB的land area,所以用that指代了land area.
2中，逻辑上比较的应该是wild animals与livestock，而如这个错误选项中的说法，就成了对比fat与fat了，逻辑上不正确。

谢谢！ 有道理。 最近的题看ron解释，发现比较用平行来做就超快。
