The present tense “might” correctly refers to the condition of economy in near future and “thought” correctly suggests the view that economists held in the past.

自己尝试解读一下————
as.......as的原则就是前后一致，
A比较的weak的程度
the economy might not be as weak as (the extent of weakness) some analysts previously thought.
C比较的是economy
如果要比较economy前面的句子就不能是as weak as了
只能像下面这样
The economy might not be thought weak as (the economy) have been previously thought by some analysts

不知道这样的分析有没有说服力，希望大家能给点建议~~~~

1. 后面可以省略的是 the economy that
2.C选项错就错在把economy带入 后面需要加的是 has ，所以C错

a省略了the economy that 可以理解 但是谓语呢 这样是不是就不平行了 前面是一句话 后面只是名词＋从句修饰
