求帮忙定位，想申请S16学校

RT 各位前辈，新人求帮忙定位

学历：本科为国内普通一本学校，由于专业整体考试给分较低，GPA估计为3.4左右（整个专业估计最高也不到3.6）；硕士为上海交大
本硕专业均为理工科专业；
工作时间3年多：前两年在本行业世界前十公司做sales，目前在一家国内中小型高科技企业做marketing
MBA想转finance方向，想申请S16的学校，GMAT和托福都在准备，不知道我的background会否成为后面申请的短板，求有经验的前辈们
帮忙定位，非常感谢！

G/T成绩有了吗？以后具体想转finance的什么方向？

G、T目标尽量是750和110，基本会接近这个成绩，方向可能是consulting

如果GT能够按你预想的实现，那S16应该有中奖的几率。但是，建议你好好评估一下既往的职业经历，设计一个比较合理的职业目标，至于你毕业后干什么，那是入学以后努力去实现的东西。

Hey there,
Well it depends on lots of factors - the name of your company, the prestige, your actual role, how much leadership you have, how quickly you have been promoted etc. But essentially, it’s possible to get into a top MBA from ANY industry. You do have to have the GMAT and the graders to make it though. So for now, I would suggest just concentrating on that GMAT. Once you get that, then it becomes easier to understand if you can make S16 or not. But basically with a 720+ it should be possible (of course, the higher, the better)
