突然觉得很迷茫，回国还是申请MBA？求解惑

IMD最后两轮截至都是8/9月初了，st gallen更改成rolling base/8月中旬了，所以，如果楼主一个月GMAT突击拿下650，9月或者明年年初就可以上学了～ 那gap也没多少，一年都不到

多谢，圣加仑不是9月份就开学了吗？我看他们截止8月中旬还可以报名，难道8月中旬他们还没有招满？今天下午去basel参加一个圣加仑的MBA推介会，过去和他们的recruiting manager聊聊

Hey there,
Well taking your GMAT is a good idea. There are many very good MBAs in Switzerland and the surrounding countries (Italy, Germany, France), so you should have many options available to you. The key is to do well in your GMAT, and to try and do so quickly, so that your gap is not too big. In the meanwhile do try and keep yourself occupied, even if it is with volunteer work or community service, or something like that.

具体不是很了解，但我觉得招不满也很正常，st gallen是德语区拔尖的商科大学，但MBA排名很不咋的，出了德语区不见得好用～
况且学费也不便宜，再加上瑞士的生活费开销，应该不比HEC/bocconi这样的总开销少。当然能在瑞士找到工作的话，回报率肯定很好，但万一落空了呢? 申请MBA的人都不傻

Hi Jon,
Talked with the recruiting manager of MBA University of St. Gallen, I found that a long term gap in resume would be a killer for the future career, I will apply for the MBA whose schedule fit me the best, and definitely accelerate my GMAT prep, otherwise I would go back to China, and find a job first.

问题是我马上35岁了，对我来说机会成本很高，欧洲其他商学院我也准备了解一下，毕竟不想离孩子太远，不然我过来也就失去意义了，看来我国内的一些猎头我也要先联系起来，如果可以的话，我也可以先回国边工作边申请，过个一年再过来

大龄的还是IMD吧，欧洲其他学校平均年龄应该都不超过30,  洛桑到苏黎世也就2个小时火车
