关于2016 Fordham，已经决定去啦，上完pmcb就可以继续上is啦

根据楼主之前在论坛里看到的信息，fordham是不提供条件录取双录取神马的。但是今天收到的邮件貌似和往年的pmcb的内容不太一样。楼主向学校发邮件咨询了，暂时没得到回复，有没有一样状况的小伙伴？？？

The Admissions Committee recognizes your academic achievements and potential for career success. We appreciate the time and effort you invested into your application for the Gabelli School of Business. You should know that we went through various rounds of your application for the determination of your candidacy and the decision was not easy. We do have concerns with your communication skills and your ability to thrive in a U.S. business program and corporate environment. To assist you in a successful transition to graduate business study, we are delighted to offer you conditionally admission to the Pre-Masters in Colloquium in Business (PMCB) program at Fordham Gabelli School of Business for the 2016 Fall term. Admittance is conditional and contingent upon receipt of your official undergraduate transcript(s) indicating your degree has been awarded. Final grades must be consistent with your prior performance. This program focuses on English communication skills, public speaking, American culture and business classes to help you prepare for our graduate degree programs. Based upon successful completion of a B+ or better in each of the PMCB courses, we are able to offer you conditional admission to the MS in Information Systems program beginning in the Fall 2017 term.

The following is important information to keep in mind as you make plans to join the Pre-Masters in Colloquium in Business program:

• 2016 Fall classes for the Pre-Masters in Colloquium in Business program will begin in the late fall.
• Pre-Masters in Colloquium in Business consists of 8 courses (3 Communication classes and 5 Business classes).
• We recognize that the decision requires a high level of commitment and therefore needs to be carefully considered. Also you will find your Reply to Offer of Admission form in your applicant status page. Please fill out this electronic form as soon as you have made your decision, along with sending the non-refundable $500 deposit by 05/27/16 to secure your place in the class.
• Payment for classes will be due shortly after registration. No partial payment or payment plans are available for this program since it is a non-degree granting program.
• Should you decide to withdraw from the Pre-Masters in Colloquium in Business program, you must drop the course(s) and submit a written notice of withdrawal directly to the Office of Admissions.

你可以到论坛里搜搜，基本等于拒信的意思，我估计马上也快收到了，就想问一下楼主什么条件呀

但是我看到论坛里收到的都是Please note that admission to the Pre-Masters Colloquium in Business does not guarantee admission to another MS Program however your application will be strongly considered based on successful completion of the PMCB Program (GPA 3.5 or better and sufficient results of a language proficiency exam).
但是我的没有这段，我的是Admittance is conditional and contingent upon receipt of your official undergraduate transcript(s) indicating your degree has been awarded. 我开始申请的是msqf，然后被拒了以后问我接不接受调剂到信息系统专业或者是统计专业，我本科专业是信管，所以我接受了msis的调剂，然后也没有面试，就收到了这个。我问过中介了，这个应该就是条件录取，先读先修课程然后再上研究生课程。
所以我现在也在纠结到底要不要去。

那这个就是真正的预录取了，我还以为我面试不好也有可能会收到这个，现在看起来跟面试没关系了。。。那它为什么提到communication skills呢

我当然想去啦但是很有可能被拒。。。我面试我估计完蛋。。。你托福多少呀

我今天也刚刚收到pmcb的offer。邮件里面说的和你一样。
请问你最后有没有决定去呢？
