Position: A Full-Time Research Assistant (RA) to Dr. Daniel Han Ming Chng (Associate Professor of Strategy)
Applicants should have a strong desire to engage in academic research activities focusing on strategic management and organization theory and plan to pursue PhD studies in top overseas universities in the future. Previous RAs have been admitted to PhD programs in top business schools such as Texas A&M University and the University of Texas at Dallas.

Job Responsibilities: - Assist faculty in research activities, including literature reviews, data collection and analysis, manuscript preparation, part-time RA supervision, and coordination of research projects. - Assist faculty in teaching activities, including the preparation of course material and teaching slides.
Job Requirements: - Master in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or related subjects is preferred; top undergraduate with a clear desire to pursue PhD should also apply. - Excellent command of English and Mandarin - Good skills in library and online research - Good skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Skills in statistical software (e.g., STATA) - Experiences in academic research is a plus
