With speaking section of 18, you would be happy that USC accepts your application. You are right, the Contraposition of "If you dont meet the language requirement, you will be rejected" is "If you get accepted, you meet the language requirement." However, the term "meeting language requirement" can be ambiguous and vague. It could mean you meet the requirement of a regular offer or a conditional offer. Also, USC has been notorious of giving out conditional offer. Similar situations have occurred from different programs, not just in Marshall. |
