不过D中的主谓一致单复数错了，这是必错的语法点，不是吗

我觉得关键还是语义，D选项改变了意思。原句说"虽然Term往往被理解成laying out年报“重点是这个动作，而D选项却说”虽然Term往往被理解成年报的layout“  不make sense.

这就是问题所在了，may have done... 情态动词后面跟原型，并没有错啊，为什么OG会说have和term单复数不一致。
