但偶记得有DARE TO DO ....的短语,难道错了?

dare to do中的dare是动词，如果要用这个短语，空白处应填入did not dare to，或did not dare(接不带 to 的不定式,不常用)，但选项中没有。所有只有选B，这里的dared是情态动词dare的过去式。
