这个题目我选A，答案是E。我感觉E里面is already approaching时态有问题。而且用现在进行时态的话那不符合already的用法。谢谢，请指教

(1)already可以一般现在时连用。used to say that a situation exists and it might get worse, greater, etc
例如：Hurry up, we're already late.

（2）从逻辑意思上说，既然后面增长的比例较大，而前面有完成进行时，似乎是说，过去n年一直在接近19 pounds a year，似乎看不出增长，所以A的时态倒是有点问题。

（3）According to the National Pasta Association的结果应该是两件并列的事情，所以用非限定从句修饰，明显不合适。

我知道already是可以和一般时态连用的，但是这里是进行时态不是有点奇怪么？用完成时态，我认识是到目前为止是取得了19pounds一年的结果，表示已经取得的。至于非限的修饰我也感到有点问题。但是还是对E不太确定，请NN在给说说。
