我不是高手，大家一起来讨论。

这题我在做的时候也有疑问，看语法大权上的解释是将A改为deals，因为concern with 的主语应该是人。

我觉得这个解释有点问题，下面是在LONGMAN里找到的一个例句：

This chapter is concerned with the mental health of older people.

所以sth也可以做主语。我个人认为还是将A改成is concerned with比较好。

如果让concern with做谓语动词的话，我在LONGMAN里没有找到直接使用concern with的用法,只有be concerned with。LONGMAN里concern直接做动词的用法要不就是直接用（下面例子1和2），要不就是concern oneself with/about sth(例子3和4,这里好象主语一般是人)

1 This study concerns couples' expectations of marriage.

2 The report concerns the drug traffic on the Mexican-US border.

3 He told them not to concern themselves about him.

4 He loved his wife, and concerned himself with her needs and desires.
