FYI, the main purpose of most of the MSA/MAcc program is to help student meet the 150 credits requirement in order to sit for American CPA exam. Thus, 95% of students choose to continue on MSA/MAcc is because they want to take CPA exam after graduation. If you have no intent to work for public accounting firms and become an auditor or a tax accountant, MSA/MAcc is probably not a brilliant choice. I would suggest Business Analytics if you really come to America for a business related master degree. Business Analytics is more quantitative and involved with much data analysis and data transformation. You might have a wider range of career choices if you pursue a MSBA degree. |
