those one year MPhil in Cambridge is just a so-called MPhil indeed........it is just similar to a one year MS in other university. I bet the guy in #9 know nothing about that but just "blowing water".
P.S. a standard MPhil, i.e. a solid research master, is normally a two year master program with a very heavy thesis component, or a by-product on the way towards PhD.
In terms of the content, LSE Risk and Finance is the most practical (for risk), and LSE is a solid target for the industry. Though I still vote for Cambridge simply because Cambridge is Cambridge.
The content in the MPhil Econ may be a bit too academic, but should be still acceptable given the "correct" choice of course (max possible core on econometrics, and then finance (academics course again....) course as elective). Though this analytical training will be helpful for a role in the industry, indirectly.
Of course the best idea is to have a practical content in a great name traditional university, but it is quite rate for those university to host one........
P.S. had OP ever applied the MPhil in Finance & Economics or MPhil in Finance in Cambridge, or Oxford MSc Fina Econ?
