yes, if you did well in the interview, AO usually would't reject you. From what I have learnt, other people who got the interview got admitted as well.

Yes, it is a STEM program.
Whether STEM can have longer OPT depends on the hearing on March.
You are encouraged to apply if you have taken adequate quantitative or programming courses.
Actually, you can email Emily your transcripts and ask her whether you are qualified.
This year is extremely competitive. Spend your application fees wisely.
