答案是B.也有看过选C的。

想请教一下如果选B，那么to keep it from动作的主语是chalice吗？

如果选C，avoid会不会带有主观色彩而不合适？

选avoid 的确是回感觉有主观色彩，这是ETS的解释

keep的行为者肯定是人，但是这里省略了

如：s+be done to+vt+pron...

如果s不是vt的发出者而只是vt的宾语，则一定要在vt后加s的代词---*这是一个nn说过的

否则，就会理解成s是vt的动作发出者。
